“The booth really boosted our visibility.”
Wrote Mathias, Marketing Manager at VEO Group, after exhibiting at Elfack 2025.
What does your booth need to make a bigger impact? For VEO, it was an open booth and four crystal-clear choices. Here they are:
At least along the aisles. By avoiding walls facing the aisle, you create a more accessible and open exhibition booth.
With the right content in the right place, you’re more likely to catch the attention of passersby. That brings us to the following:

Imagine that your booth has its own energy. In feng shui, things that boost energy are called "chi boosters"—such as lighting. Chi can be described as life energy.
At VEO, the LED screen and the LED counter were two standout features.
Facing the aisle was a massive LED screen that immediately catches your eye. Moving images draw you in and boost the energy at the booth.
In the center of the booth stood the LED bar with the logo and slogan, visible from both aisles. Almost all of our customers rent it for the same reason: it enhances their presence.

Now you’ve gotten the visitor to step into your booth. Think of it like a date: you want the atmosphere to feel relaxed and casual.
That’s why you’ll want a lounge area—a place where you can step away from the hustle and bustle of the trade show and have a more focused conversation.
In other words: think big! At large trade shows, it doesn't matter how attractive your booth is if no one notices you're there.
That’s why you (like Duplantis) should aim high. A ceiling display is an easy way to be seen from a distance and helps visitors find their way back to your booth.
Front Row was dedicated, helpful, and a great support before, during, and after the trade show.
