“The booth really boosted our presence.”
Said Mathias, Marketing Manager at VEO Group, after Elfack 2025.
What really draws people into a booth at a trade show? For VEO, it came down to an open booth design and four clear choices. Here they are:
At least along the aisles. By avoiding walls facing the walkway, you create a more open and accessible booth.
And with the right content in the right place, you’re more likely to catch the attention of people passing by. That brings us to the next point:

Imagine your booth has its own energy. In feng shui, things that raise the energy in a space are called chi enhancers – like lighting. Chi can be described as life energy.
At VEO, the LED screen and LED counter were two chi enhancers.
Facing the aisle was a massive LED screen that instantly caught your attention. Moving images draw people in and bring energy to the whole booth.
In the middle of the booth stood the LED bar with the logo and slogan, visible from both aisles. Almost all of our clients rent it for the same reason: people notice it.

Now you’ve gotten someone to step into your booth. Think of it like a date: you want the atmosphere to feel relaxed and easy.
That’s why a lounge area matters. A place where you can step away from the trade show buzz and have a more focused conversation.
In other words: think big! At large trade shows, it doesn't matter how attractive your booth is if no one notices you're there.
Do what Duplantis does and aim high. An overhead display is a simple way to stand out from a distance and help visitors find their way back to your booth.
Front Row was dedicated, helpful, and a great help before, during, and after the trade show.
