Barcelona is an interesting city and Antoni Gaudí's different architecture reminds you how important it is to think outside the box. Gaudí used nature as a source of inspiration when creating his works in sensual and organic forms. However, he received a lot of resistance for his somewhat surrealist style.

But in hindsight, he must have done something right, because today they are some of the world's most famous and visited buildings. Once again you are reminded of the importance to stand out – being a bit "Gaudí" can pay off in the long run. Because maybe it is that bold and different design that make visitors at a trade show stop at your booth and remember you and your brand?

Gaudí's challenging design is still creating work today! La Sagrada Família was begun in 1882 and is scheduled for completion in 2026, the 100th anniversary of Gaudí's death.
